Our facilities are equipped to handle both large production runs, such as full carriage replacements, and smaller, custom projects for repairs and replacements. We utilise both low and high-pressure foam machines to cater to varied requirements.

We excel in reverse engineering for rail refits and refurbishments, reducing costs by salvaging metal inserts and remoulding components with new tooling. Our fire-retardant graphite foam complies with EN45545 HL3 and Crib 7 standards, while our melamine foam meets Crib 5 standards.
